Welcome to Whitchurch in Bloom!

Our journey began in 2020 during the Covid lockdown when three passionate individuals Caroline, Kathy and Lizzie set out to bring some much needed cheer to Whitchurch. Their simple yet powerful idea was to plant bulbs throughout the town, creating bursts of colour and bringing hope during a difficult time.

The community quickly embraced the project, with residents joining in or donating bulbs to support the effort. Thousands of bulbs were planted, transforming Whitchurch into a town bursting with flowers and positivity. From these humble beginnings, Whitchurch in Bloom was born.

Today, we are a dedicated team of volunteers committed to keeping Whitchurch vibrant, green and full of life. We work tirelessly to plant and maintain beautiful floral displays, encourage community pride and enhance biodiversity through rewilding initiatives.
